Health Screening

Employee health checks help to prevent ill health and absence, which can also help increase employee productivity. The health checks offered vary depending on the nature of your business and employee needs. A general assessment would include blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight, BMI, blood glucose and cholesterol testing.

ctchealthcares track record in this area is demonstrated by a large project we delivered in London. Using validated methods, we assessed the physical and psychological wellbeing of 180 staff members within our Business Improvement District. Within one week, details of the participating employees’ productivity, engagement, loyalty, comfort, stress, anxiety, depression levels and physical heath were available in a clear and concise format.

Wellbeing Initiatives

Our program of wellbeing initiatives involves a variety of activities, for both team and individuals, that engage employees, is evidenced to decrease sickness absence, improve employee wellbeing and enhance company productivity.

The program can run for a variety of time frames (one week to six months usually) and is designed specifically to provide companies with an in-house health and wellbeing legacy. of course, following project completion, ctchealthcare will be available to further support your organisation and facilitate the progression of your health and wellbeing needs.

Employee interventions are fun, engaging and meaningful. All interventions have been specifically developed to easily fit into the employee’s work and home life to enhance productivity, health and wellbeing at all times.

Wellbeing Assessments

ctchealthcare offers a no cost, no obligation review of your organisation’s health and wellbeing needs. Fact finding and collaborative working allows us to clearly identify where and how we can add value to your organisation.

Stress Management

Stress and mental health disorders have become the most common reason for a worker being signed off on long-term sickness absence.

Causes of stress are multifactorial – with the current economic climate affecting most people’s home lives. ctchealthcare’s approach to health and wellbeing is based on science and backed evidence and helps to target the underlying causes of stress.

Particularly successful approaches have been ctchealthcare’s stress management and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction workshops.

Complementary Therapy

ctchealthcare offers a range of complementary therapies including Reiki, Indian Head Massage and the Bowen Technique. Often companies benefit from a balanced approach to their health and wellbeing through the gradual assimilation of many ‘holistic’ therapies.

This combined treatment philosophy encourages a truly patient centered approach, giving access to multiple interlinked care pathways.

All therapies can be provided onsite or offsite depending on the individual needs of your employees.

We offer therapies as a series of treatments, or for one off health promotion days within organisations.
