Ioana joined the CTCHealthCare team in July 2021 as a Reception Administrator, covering the reception desks across our Crewe and Nantwich clinics.
She graduated as a Physiotherapist in Vasile Alecsandri University in Bacau, Romania in 2016 and after completing her degree and graduating from several other courses and workshops in the Physiotherapy field, Ioana started to gain valuable experience in Medical Management where she worked for further 5 years in a private practice in Romania as a Front Desk Manager. Having a degree in Physiotherapy has enabled her to easily understand the functionality of a private health and wellbeing clinic.
She always displays a responsible attitude towards her work; she demands a great deal of herself, and she works hard to ensure that she perform her tasks professionally and completely.
