The Bowen Technique is one of the most versatile and effective therapeutic treatments available. You will be surprised by how such a gentle treatment can be so effective, as it re-aligns and balances the body.
Involving a gentle, relaxing, rolling technique over muscles, tendons, soft tissues and pre-defined points of importance, Bowen is non-invasive and administered through light clothing. Often just three treatments at weekly intervals are sufficient to achieve lasting relief from even long-standing pain or joint problems.
It can be used for treating ailments and injuries, but is effective for most conditions and we find at ctchealthcare that people come along to simply enjoy the sense of maintaining balance and well-being that Bowen offers. Ideal for all age groups, even the frail, ill and elderly as no heavy pressure or pain is involved.
Remarkable benefits are achieved from Bowen Technique.
