Our DAY1 healthcare service aims to reduce the cost
of preventable staff absences for both large and
small businesses. We provide an immediate health
intervention with a telephone triage assessment from a
nurse or physiotherapist within 24 hours of referral.
Following the initial assessment, a report is sent to
the referring line manager detailing a prognosis and
relevant information regarding return to work and
work task modifications. In addition, physiotherapy,
counselling and nursing services are made available
to the employee, within five days, to target the most
common causes of absence;
