Treatments Prove A Splash Hit For Keen Swimmer Peter

Royal Mail worker Peter Newton is on the mend after six weeks of acupuncture and massage at our Crewe clinic.

A painful shoulder injury stopped Peter pursuing his love of swimming but now he’s back in the pool and enjoying our Thursday evening Pilates classes.

He said: “Things got so bad I could barely lift my arm overhead but now I have practically all the movement back thanks to my weekly treatments.

“The advice I have received on posture has also helped me greatly at work where I spend a lot of time at a computer in the finance department.

“I now carry out regular stretches and have treated myself to a yoga ball. I lie on my back, arms overhead for a really good stretch.”

Peter, 47, received acupuncture from Rick Carter and massage from Ashleigh Smith who is seen here with him at our Crewe clinic.

He added: “I really rate ctchealthcare. Highly skilled, friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in you know you are in good hands.”
