Vicki is a Senior MSK Physiotherapist and has worked in private practice for the last 8 years in musculoskeletal health. Her background is Sports Rehabilitation, prior to completing a Physio Masters, then venturing into corporate occupational health and ergonomics within the private sector.
Over the last few years Vicki has followed a keen interest in pelvic health specifically pelvic floor and postnatal rehab driven from struggling personally with a lack of specific support and knowledge during her postnatal recovery. This is where she trained as a Mummy MOT Practitioner and started her journey into the world of pelvic health.
She is APPI Pilates Matwork trained however mostly uses this to compliment rehab.
Vicki works out of the Nantwich clinic providing treatment for musculoskeletal injuries as well as the Mummy MOT service. She is a mum of 2 and feels extremely passionate about this area of Physiotherapy. To be able to provide immediate assessment, treatment and advice to help women recover after childbirth and return back to exercise and doing the things they love is truly rewarding.
Working in association with Sefton Psychology Services Dr Oliver Sefton is able to provide the following services to individuals and organisations: Psychological Assessment, Psychological Therapy, Neuropsychological Assessment, Neuropsychological Treatment, Consultation for Services and Organisations, Bespoke Training.
Dr Sefton is a Senior Clinical Psychologist chartered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). Dr Sefton has experience of working across a wide range of services including adult mental health services and neuro-rehabilitation settings in the NHS and private sector. He has achieved Chartered status and Associate Fellow status with the BPS. Both of which are legally recognised, and reflect only the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise, and which mark recognition of several years’ experience and contribution to the field of psychology.
Dr Sefton is experienced in providing evidence based psychological therapies, integrated where necessary, to help individuals overcome their difficulties. He has specific expertise and experience with successfully helping individuals with difficulties including but not limited to low mood, anxiety, stress, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, confidence issues, adjustment after acquired brain injury and neuro-rehabilitation. The therapeutic models he uses include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focussed Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy and Mindfulness Based approaches.

Eytan is a chartered physiotherapist with a keen interest and passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Eytan graduated from Keele University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and is currently completing an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy.
Eytan has experience in a breadth of specialities including orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients, stroke rehabilitation, community cardiovascular/respiratory, mental health and musculoskeletal A&E.
The ways that lifestyle factors affect an individual’s health and wellbeing are a particular area of interest for him. Eytan loves the outdoors, hiking and culture. In addition to being an avid runner, he is accomplished in a number of sports including being a black belt in Karate.
Eytan is currently working at our Nantwich clinic. He is looking forward to further developing his skills as a newly qualified physiotherapist.
Originally from Hong Kong, Leon joined the team after graduating from Keele University. Leon has experience in various aspects of physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal outpatients, critical care, stroke rehabilitation, elderly neurological rehab, orthopaedics, and professional football physiotherapy.
Leon’s passions outside of work include outdoor activities such as cliff diving, hiking and bouldering. Leon also enjoys playing basketball and played for the university. Whilst playing for the team there, he also served as the team physiotherapist and gained experience in injury prevention training and treatment.
Leon’s time is currently split between South Cheshire Private Hospital and ctchealthcares Crewe and Nantwich Clinics where he looks forward to further developing his skills as a newly qualified physiotherapist.
Graduating from Salford University in 2013 with at BSc Hons and in 2015 with an MSc Advanced Physiotherapy, Adrianna joined the CTC team in July 2017.
Prior to the commencement of her Physiotherapy degree, she was employed as a physio assistant on the neuro rehab ward for the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust (SSOTP) and consequently, has a particular interest in the treatment, of a wide range of neurological conditions.
Adrianna developed her MSK experience within Leighton Hospital. She also has extensive experience in Intermediate Care and Rheumatological conditions, such as chronic pain and Fibromyalgia, acquired during employment at SSOTP, where she ran hydrotherapy classes. She is qualified to levels 3 and 4 in Sport Massage and has also completed training in Kinesiology Taping, Massage in Pregnancy and an Introduction to Bobath Approach.
Having headed low back pain and knee classes previously, Adrianna is looking forward to introducing new classes to CTC Healthcare’s Nantwich and Crewe clinics.
In her free time, Adrianna has an interest in psychology. She also enjoys keeping fit through boxing, attending the gym and leading an active, healthy lifestyle, including a focus on diet and nutrition. She is passionate about her career and is keen to build on her client base, whilst further advancing her skills within the team.
Jane trained at Withington Hospital, Manchester, qualifying in 1983. She then worked for several years in Manchester Teaching Hospitals gaining experience in cardiothoracic, plastic surgery, burns and orthopaedics. Following this, she then worked in private practice in St John’s St, Manchester, treating out-patients. Jane now works part time for ctchealthcare and the NHS. She sees sports injuries, post-operative orthopaedic surgery as well as soft tissue problems. She can also offer acupuncture and pilates.
Naomi graduated from Keele University in 2016 finishing with the top mark for clinical performance in her year. She has gained experience in multiple areas of physiotherapy including paediatrics, mental health, sport injuries, cardiac rehabilitation, sport injuries, trauma and orthopaedic surgery. Upon graduating she splits her time between our clinics, the private hospital, a local GP surgery, and occasionally cover the Crewe and Nantwich Football and Rugby club games. This gives her valuable experience in multiple fields allowing for a well-rounded approach to treating her patients.
She has always been keen on sports player and focuses her time now on further developing herself as an evidence based practitioner in the fast paced world of physiotherapy. She is trained in first aid and has attended conferences on Healthy Ageing. She enjoys promoting physiotherapy as a profession and loves the reward of helping people recover and lead a more pain free life as well as building a good rapport with her patients.
Graduating from Keele University in 2015, Ben has continued to develop his skills by obtaining a post-graduate certificate in Physiotherapy with additional qualifications in sports massage (ITEC Level 3 diploma), acupuncture (AACP accredited), and kinesiology taping.
As a dedicated county-level runner himself, Ben specialises in runners and other sports-related injuries, strength & rehabilitation, orthotics, and gait analysis . He also has keen interest in the treatment of headaches and migraines with acupuncture.
A graduate from Keele University in 2012, Caroline joined the ctchealthcare team in March 2013 and splits her time between the Crewe clinic and South Cheshire Private Hospital.
Completing her degree in physiotherapy has enabled Caroline to gain valuable experience across various fields, including outpatients, surgical and ITU, orthopaedics, paediatrics, elderly care and stroke rehabilitation. This varied experience enables Caroline to not only run regular clinic appointments, but also to work within the occupational health provision at ctchealthcare.
To further add to the breadth of her knowledge, Caroline works at a local rugby club, where she really holds her own as the only girl amongst 30 guys. She manages the first team players during their training sessions and also travels with the team to matches across the region.
Caroline particularly enjoys working in a private practice due to its varied and fast paced nature, plus she is keen to seize the opportunity to keep abreast of current trends in the industry.
Rick is a vastly experienced Physiotherapist, who has specialised in both sports and soft tissue injuries and workplace health.
Rick has 10 years of experience working in the premier league at West Bromwich Albion, Chelsea and Manchester United and has worked for all 3 local football clubs; Crewe Alexandra, Stoke City and Port Vale over the past 25 years.
Specialising in all sports related injuries, including golf, Rick has regular physiotherapy assessment clinics in Crewe on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Never happier than when he is assessing clients, Rick has extensive experience of:

Parking spaces are available outside each of our clinic buildings. Please arrive 5 minutes early for an assessment appointment as you will be asked to complete a consent form prior to entering the treatment room. Bring along any referral letters, scans, reports that you may have.
Please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. You may be asked to remove clothing so all relevant areas can be examined. If you are presenting a limb injury, please bring a pair of shorts or a thin strapped top to make it easier for your therapist to examine or you may be asked to change into a pair of shorts privately in the treatment room.
Payments must be made on arrival. The charges for each appointment type are shown on the appointment selection page. If you qualify for a known discount or would like to redeem a voucher, please notify a member of the reception team on arrival for your appointment. Payment to insurance companies are dealt with directly.
If you have health insurance you need to check with your insurance company that your treatment is covered. Please bring the relevant details with you including your policy number and claim/authorisation number. Treatment costs not covered by your insurance will need to be met in full on the day of treatment. All policy excesses must be disclosed and paid for on your initial visit.
24hrs notice must be given if you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge being raised for the appointment.
