Mr Hamad is a Full-time Fellowship trained consultant orthopaedic spinal surgeon. He has an interest in all aspects of spinal surgery in all groups. These include degenerative spinal conditions of the whole spine, spinal emergencies (including trauma) and spinal deformity (scoliosis).
He completed his undergraduate training in 2006 at the University of Aberdeen with commendation. In 2010, he commenced postgraduate training at the removed Stoke/Oswestry orthopaedic rotation where he sub-specialised in spinal surgery. In 2016, he was awarded the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Fellowship in Trauma and Orthopaedics (FRCS orth) and a year later, the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
