Class brings joy to Helen and Alfie

Restaurant front-of-house Helen Pimm is enjoying a new taste of life after attending physio-led Pilates classes at our Nantwich clinic.

For seven years Helen suffered severe sciatica making her job as a waitress at a busy Cheshire restaurant, and second role as a spa host at a hotel, difficult and painful.

Since taking up Pilates led by Jane Hardwick her life is transformed.

Helen said: “The pain was unbearable and doctors suggested I gave up work, then one at my local surgery recommended ctchealthcare’s classes and since last summer there has been a huge improvement.

“Because Jane is a physio she knows exactly which movements and stretches will benefit each member of the class and everyone has one-to-one attention. I’m so glad I found her. The class has made a huge improvement.”

There’s not only Helen enjoying her new lease of life. It gets tail-wagging approval from her Labradoodle Alfie!

Previously Helen had to drive him to remote places and let him off the lead. Now it’s walks from door to destination, uphill and downdale.
